The company has set ambitious targets to expand even further, aiming to engage with 5,000 healthcare providers and serve 600,000 patients by 2025.

Trained on anonymized health data sets, Jib AI manages nearly 60% of customer interactions, delivering comprehensive support 24/7. Interestingly, HD is not entering a market devoid of competition.
